Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I add my child to the trial?
Simply send an email to RoyalWharfHalloween@gmail.com and let us know how many children will be joining. This helps the people distributing sweets know how many they need to prepare and purchase.
  • Can I ask people to come to my flat?
Unfortunately, for numberous reasons, we kindly request that flat residents participate by being in the lobby for the 2 hours of 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Covid reasons: We are aiming to limit the amount of people passing through the hallways, pressing lift buttons, etc. Respect: In the past we've had instances of children pressing various lift buttons or ringing the wrong doorbells. This causes disturbances for the residents choosing not to participate.
  • Does my fancy dress / costume need to be scary?
No! Any fancy dress is welcome. Just have fun!
  • What if I run our of sweets?
Simply turn off your lights or put a note to let the trick o' treaters know.
